In sticking with the pumpkin theme we have going on this week, I was trying to think of a recipe to start your weekend off with, something you could easily use for tomorrow’s tailgating festivities as well. And it was pretty clear what kind of recipe would be perfect for the weekend.
So to start your Friday off right, in full pumpkin fashion, we have provided you with the perfect pumpkin shot recipe. Just be careful, because while these little suckers may taste like pumpkin pie, they are technically a double shot and technically full of alcohol.
What You Need:
- ½ oz. pumpkin pie infused vodka
- ½ oz. Goldschlager
- 1 oz. Bailey’s Irish Crème
- Alcohol infused whipped cream
What You Do:
In a shaker, mix the first three ingredients. Make sure you chill the alcohol ahead of time. Pour into 2 oz. shot glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
And there you have it, drinkable pumpkin pie. Oh, and did I mention it gets you drunk?
